A hybrid of a lifter and a safe working platform
Development of the work
For the maintenance of a ramp integrated into the EMS (Electric Monorail System), a safe working platform was developed allowing, on one hand, guided access to the ramp area in three ramp positions, providing complete and total access.
The installation is equipped with a redundant system that allows the lifting of the platform and automatic retention in case of any incident. One of the key features of this system is that it is equipped with wheels, allowing its removal to its parking area, being also foldable, to facilitate the movement through the area that has gauge restrictions and a better occupation in standby mode.
