Fatigue analysis of materials and the calculation of their useful life in those elements subjected to load cycles (which can substantially reduce the load to be supported and the nominal operating time) is very complex, given that, on the one hand, the necessary software for modelling must be handled and, on the other hand, practical interpretation experience must be available to calibrate the models and detect critical points.
This makes it possible to anticipate the breakage of the material and proceed to its reinforcement or replacement (perhaps with an improved design), thus avoiding accidents and production losses.
